  • Society’s AGM

    The Society will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 12 May 2012, Saturday, at 10.30 a.m. at the Civil Service Club, Tessensohn Clubhouse, Neptune Room. The registration will start at 10 am. The members are kindly invited to attend the AGM.

  • HACCP Seminar

    The Society organized a seminar on HACCP in September 2011. The speakers were Mr Bill Simos, Managing Director, and Mr Clive Withinshaw, Director, of HACCP International, a food specialist and HACCP audit company. The seminar was well received, during which the participants learned about food safety measures to prevent food poisoning outbreaks.
