  • HACCP Seminar

    The Society organized a seminar on HACCP in September 2011. The speakers were Mr Bill Simos, Managing Director, and Mr Clive Withinshaw, Director, of HACCP International, a food specialist and HACCP audit company. The seminar was well received, during which the participants learned about food safety measures to prevent food poisoning outbreaks.
